With the option to personalize to one’s own specific taste, everyone has a chance to be unique.
Though it is popular amongst females, there are name jewelries made for males. We have jewelry specially designed for men as well as couples, children, and even pets.
The average size may defer depending on how long the name is, but on average it ranges from 1.25 inches to 1.75 inches.

Platinum is very tough to maneuver, so it’s very difficult to make name jewelries with, so instead we use white gold which has a very similar color to platinum.
When you order, you have a choice of 14K Yellow or White Gold, 10K Yellow Gold and 925 Sterling Silver.

Yes, we are talking about the TOTAL length of the jewelry which includes the charm and the chain lenth.
A. The average chain length is between 16-22 inches, but if you wish to shorten it please say so in the comment box when ordering and there will be no additional charges for this.
B. If you would like to elongate it, please contact us so that we may consult you with price adjustments.
No, you cannot purchase these items without the chain because there’s a special process in which the chains are attached, it’s not just a clip-on.
We use genuine diamonds that are either 1pt (.01 carat) or 2pt (.02 carat).
Each diamond we use was handpicked and evaluated based on a standardized grading scale by professionals.
We can guarantee that we use the finest diamonds.
We can put the diamonds where you request it, but when there aren't any special requests, we put it where it would normally go or target points.
For example, if there is an 'i', we'd put it in the dot of the 'i'.
If there are no target points such as an 'i', we put it on the last tail, first letter or on the bottom bar.
Color stones refer to stones with bright, brilliant colors.
Birthstones such as Ruby, Emerald, Sapphire, and etc. are 1pt(.01 carat) and prone to break easily so use color stones.
We have color stones in red, blue, pink, green and yellow.

A. There is a free 6 month warranty for all jewelry.
B. You have an option of extending your warranty to 1-3 years with additional charges but you MUST choose this option when you first order the item.
- WizJewelry repairs any broken jewelry.
- If the length of the chain that you have ordered is too long, WizJewelry will shorten the chain, free of charge, as long as it is within your warranty period.
- If the length of the chain that you have ordered is too short, WizJewelry will lengthen the chain with a small charge.
- If you want a repair, you must include ALL parts of the item including the broken pieces. (For example: If the necklace disconnects, send in the broken chain and bail/loop.) If you do not include all parts, there will be additional charges.
- If the damages are not on our part, there will be a charge for the repair. There is a possibility that we cannot repair the item if there are severe damages. (For example: If you pulled on the chain and disconnected it or if you bent it.)
- If it has surpassed the duration of your warranty, there will be additional charges to your repairs.
- All warranty items will have a shipping charge ($10) when sent back to customer.
