How to Order

1. Choose which color gold and karat you’d like.

2. Enter the name you’d like to personalize

For gold jewelry, if the name exceeds 8 letters, type the remaining letters on the second box provided. Each letter written on the second box will be charged an extra $5.

For silver jewelry, if the name exceeds 10 letters, type the remaining letters on the second box provided. Each letter written on the second box will be charged an extra $2.

3. Choose the number of diamonds you’d like.

4. Choose the size of the ring you’d like. (U.S Size only; If this is an international order, refer to the ring chart and find your U.S ring size.)

4. Choose the length of the jewelry (chain+charm total length) you’d like.

5. Choose your Illusion Settings.

6. Choose your desired warranty plan.

7. Click 'Add to Cart'.

- We offer FREE USPS international shipping worldwide (e.g. CANADA, UK, Australia, etc.) with any of your order.
- You can get FREE USPS First Class Mail with any of your order.
- With a minimum purchase of $200, you are eligible for FREE USPS Priority Mail.
- If you make a purchase greater than $500, you can get FREE Express Mail. We process your orders earlier and ship it out sooner than normal orders, it becomes a rush order.

Name Rings takes 4-7 business days to make.
Custom Made Jewelry, except Name Rings, takes 3-6 business days to make.

Production time is subject to slight changes depending on each order and during holiday seasons such as Christmas. It is advised you order in advance during holiday/gift-giving seasons.
Once the item is complete, it is sent out to the shipping address and an email with the tracking number is sent to you.
After receiving the item, if there is a problem on our behalf or if it isn’t what you have ordered, please contact us right away. We will fix any problem, but we must be notified within 3 days of receiving the item. If it exceeds 3 days, look to our Warranty Policy.
