WizJewelry will never share any of your information to anyone or use it for our own profit. Nothing will be reproduced or publicized for marketing purposes.

Cookies are information stored by your browser on your computer’s hard drive to help us identify past visitors and keep record of your shopping basket/wish list. PayPal requires your name, email address, shipping address, credit/debit card number and expiration date when you’re ordering. PayPal insures confidentiality with your information. Your information will not be shared to any third-party without your consent. WizJewelry assures a secure process.


Receiving Promotions:
At times, WizJewelry may contact you via email with sales, special offers and etc. if you agreed to be part of our email list. You may modify which notifications you’d like to receive or unsubscribe from this if you prefer not to be notified about anything.


Customer Service:
You can contact WizJewelry if you have any questions or simply email us. All your emails will be stored in our database so we can adequately address to your needs and questions. Of course, all your emails and information will remain classified to others.


Return Policy
- If there is a problem with the merchandise that you have received, you must contact WizJewelry via e-mail (info@wizjewelry.com) within 7 days of receiving the item to get an RMA Code (Return Merchandise Authorization Code) and Return Address, which is different from our address shown on the website. Please DO NOT return the item without an RMA Code. We will not accept any item without RMA Code.

- WizJewelry is responsible for the following and will grant returns and/or exchanges:
If the font and tail is not what you have ordered.
If the lettering is not what you have ordered.
If the chain is broken/disconnected.
If the solder is broken/disconnected.

- WizJewelry is not responsible for the following and will not grant returns and/or exchanges:
If there is a small scratch on the merchandise.
If you broke the merchandise.
If you simply just dislikes the item.
If you ordered the wrong name/length.

- If it passed 7 days since you have received the merchandise, refer to our Warranty Information.

- Again, Please DO NOT return the item without an RMA Code. We will not accept any item without RMA Code.

- Customized jewelry WILL NOT be refunded. We will only fix or exchange the item.


Warrenty Information
- WizJewelry repairs any broken jewelry.
- If the length of the chain that you have ordered is too long, WizJewelry will shorten the chain, free of charge, as long as it is within your warranty period.
- If the length of the chain that you have ordered is too short, WizJewelry will lengthen the chain with a small charge.
- If you want a repair, you must include ALL parts of the item including the broken pieces. (For example: If the necklace disconnects, send in the broken chain and bail/loop.) If you do not include all parts, there will be additional charges.
- If the damages are not on our part, there will be a charge for the repair. There is a possibility that we cannot repair the item if there are severe damages. (For example: If you pulled on the chain and disconnected it or if you bent it.)
- If it has surpassed the duration of your warranty, there will be additional charges to your repairs.
- All warranty items will have a shipping charge ($10) when sent back to customer.
