Shipping Information
If the purchase is made before 12:00PM (EST +5:00), the order will be processed on that day.
Otherwise, orders made after 12:00PM (EST +5:00) will be processed the following day.
The production and packaging of custom made jewelry can take from 3-5 business days with the exception of name rings. Name rings take from 5-7 business days.
* Special orders that require extensive craftsmanship may take longer.
* Time of delivery may also vary during holidays. (ie:) Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, Christmas, etc...)
Product shipping and delivery takes 2-5 business days for orders within the US and up to 2 weeks for international orders.
(With the exceptions of the cases mentioned above, we guarantee that the product will be sent out within the time stated.)
However, please understand that the third party for shipping and handling may be susceptible to other difficulties, which may delay the delivery of your product.
